- Express Shipping — Available at checkout for ₹99. Delivered in 2–3 business days
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email
- We ship via trusted courier partners — Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC

- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (select cities)
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): Typically 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

We stand behind every product we make. All our formulations are Privately Proven before they reach you. However, we understand that skincare is personal.
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery — product must be unused and sealed
- Damaged or wrong product received? We will replace or refund — no questions asked
- Opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective
- Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days to your original payment method after the return is received
